BUZZUP Services (collectively referred to as “Services”)
-
1.
Create and restore identities
. You can use the "Create Identity" and "Restore Identity"
buttons provided by BUZZUP to create and restore identities, and manage multiple chain wallets under
one identity.
-
2.
Import a wallet
. For digital tokens supported by BUZZUP, you can use BUZZUP to
generate a new wallet or import a compatible wallet generated by other wallet tools of the relevant
blockchain system.
-
3.
Transfer and collection
. You can use BUZZUP's transfer and collection functions to
manage digital tokens, that is, use private keys to perform electronic signatures and modify the
ledgers of relevant blockchains. Transfer refers to the payee using the payee's ENS domain name or
blockchain address to perform a transfer operation. The "transfer" behavior involves the effective
record of the transaction in the distributed ledger of the relevant blockchain system (rather than the
actual delivery or transfer of digital tokens on BUZZUP).
-
4.
Market View
. You can use BUZZUP to view the exchange rates of digital
tokens provided by third parties. BUZZUP captures the corresponding exchange rate information of
digital tokens and displays it in the "Market" section of BUZZUP.
-
5.
Manage digital tokens
. You can add, store or remove digital tokens supported by
BUZZUP (except ETH and BTC) from the BUZZUP operation interface.
-
6.
Coin-to-coin exchange (DEX)
. You can exchange digital tokens with a third party using a
third-party smart contract. BUZZUP will serve as an interface tool to help you interact with the
third-party smart contract and display the corresponding results of the digital token exchange.
-
7.
Browse DApps
. You access and use the services provided by DApps (including
our own DApps and third-party DApps) through BUZZUP.
-
8.
Search for DApps
. You can search for DApps listed on BUZZUP through the search
box on BUZZUP.
-
9.
Hardware wallet integration
. You can use the appropriate version of BUZZUP to match a
specific hardware wallet and use the hardware wallet to confirm transactions made through BUZZUP.
-
10.
Password-free payment
. You can use the password-free payment function in BUZZUP.
Password-free payment stores the user's wallet password in the Keychain/Keystore of your mobile device
through a secure encryption algorithm. When making a transaction, your biometric (fingerprint or face)
authentication is called to quickly complete payment and signature.
-
11.
Developer Mode
. For the convenience of developer users, in developer mode,
developer users can access any other website and third-party DApp that is not integrated in BUZZUP by
typing the URL in the search box.
-
12.
Transaction records
. We will copy all or part of your transaction records through
the blockchain system. However, you should refer to the latest transaction records of the blockchain
system.
-
13.
Suspension of Service
. You understand that due to the "irrevocable" nature of
blockchain system transactions, we cannot withdraw or revoke transaction operations for you, but under
certain circumstances, we can suspend or restrict a user's operation of the BUZZUP software.
-
14.
Other services we deem necessary.
-
When using BUZZUP, users understand and accept:
-
1.

protect the security of your digital tokens, we provide decentralized services, which are very
different from banking financial institutions. You understand and accept that we
do not assume
the following responsibilities:
-
(1)
Store your wallet password (i.e. the password you set when
creating/importing a wallet), private key, mnemonic phrase or Keystore;
-
(2)
Retrieve your wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase
or Keystore;
-
(3)
Freeze the wallet;
-
(4)
Reporting a lost wallet;
-
(5)
Recover your wallet; or
-
(6)
Transaction rollback.
-
2.
You are solely responsible for keeping your mobile device
containing BUZZUP, backing up BUZZUP, backing up your wallet password, mnemonics, private keys and
Keystore. If you lose your mobile device, delete and fail to back up BUZZUP, delete and fail to back
up your wallet, your wallet is stolen, or you forget your wallet password, private key, mnemonics or
Keystore, we cannot restore your wallet or retrieve your wallet password, private key, mnemonics or
Keystore; if a user makes a mistake when conducting a transaction (for example, enter the wrong
transfer address or the wrong exchange amount), we cannot cancel the transaction and we shall not be
held responsible for it.
-
3.
If you use BUZZUP's password-free payment function, please back
up your wallet password properly. When your fingerprint or facial recognition verification fails
multiple times, you will need to enter your wallet password. If you forget your wallet password, you
need to set a new wallet password by importing the mnemonic/private key. We do not store your
fingerprint, facial recognition and other biometric information, and we should not be held responsible
for it.
-
4.
The digital token management service that BUZZUP can provide does
not include all existing digital tokens. Please do not use BUZZUP to operate any digital token that
BUZZUP does not support.
-
5.
The DApps integrated on BUZZUP include our own DApps and DApps
provided by third-party platforms. For DApps provided by third-party platforms, BUZZUP only provides
search and blockchain browser functions for users to enter DApps, and does not provide any guarantee
for the functions or service quality of third-party DApps. Before accepting services or conducting
transactions on third-party DApps, you should judge and evaluate whether the services or transactions
provided by the third-party DApps are risky.
-
6.
The essence of the coin-to-coin exchange function provided on
BUZZUP is the exchange of digital tokens on the blockchain system using third-party smart contracts.
For the services provided by third-party smart contracts, BUZZUP only provides you with tools to
interact with third-party smart contracts and does not provide any guarantee on the functions or
service quality of third-party smart contracts. Before accepting services or conducting transactions
on such third-party smart contracts, you should make your own judgment and assessment on whether the
services or transactions provided by such third-party smart contracts are risky. We strongly recommend
that you read the constantly updated user agreements and/or disclaimers of the relevant smart
contracts. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to these third-party
services for any reason without prior notice or liability.
-
7.
The hardware wallets integrated on BUZZUP are provided by third
parties. BUZZUP does not provide any guarantee for the functions or service quality of third-party
hardware wallets, and BUZZUP does not guarantee the matching function between hardware wallets of any
type and version (please refer to our notices from time to time for details). Before using third-party
hardware wallets, users should judge and evaluate whether the hardware wallets have risks. You should
carefully read and agree to the constantly updated license agreement and other documents of the
relevant hardware wallets.
-
8.
If you use the developer mode on BUZZUP to access other websites
or third-party DApps that are not integrated in BUZZUP by entering the URL, you acknowledge and agree
that you are aware of the potential security risks of the websites and third-party DApps linked to the
URL, and you bear all risks and consequences independently.

of the service at that time. We do not assume any responsibility for other related disputes.
-
7.
Coin-to-Coin Conversion

V.
Risk Warning
-
1.
You understand and know that due to the lack of sound laws,
regulations and policies in the field of digital tokens, digital tokens in this field may have major
risks such as non-payment and technical instability. You also understand that the price fluctuation of
digital tokens is much higher than that of other financial assets. We carefully remind you to choose
to hold or dispose of any digital token in a reasonable manner based on your own financial situation
and risk preference. You also understand that the market viewing function provided by BUZZUP is only
the search results of the digital token exchange rate information of some exchanges, and does not
represent the latest market or best quotation.
-
2.
When using BUZZUP services, if you or your counterparty fails to
comply with this Service Agreement or the operating instructions and rules in the relevant website
instructions, transactions, and payment pages, we do not guarantee that the transaction will be
successfully completed, and we will not be liable for damages. If the above situation occurs, and the
funds have been credited to your or your counterparty's BUZZUP wallet or third-party wallet, you
understand that blockchain operations have the "irreversible" attribute and related transactions have
the "irrevocable" feature, and you and your counterparty shall bear the corresponding risks and
consequences.
-
3.
You understand and acknowledge that all coin-to-coin exchange
transactions occur, are conducted and completed on third-party smart contracts. BUZZUP only serves as
an interface tool to help you interact with third-party smart contracts and display the corresponding
results of the completed transaction.
-
4.
When you use third-party services through BUZZUP, we strongly
recommend that you carefully read the service agreement, privacy policy and other relevant documents
and information of such third-party services, understand the transaction object and product
information, and carefully assess the risks before trading on the third party. You understand that the
transaction and the binding contractual relationship are established between you and your counterparty
and have nothing to do with us. We do not assume any responsibility for any risks, liabilities,
losses, and expenses caused by your transaction behavior.
-
5.
When you transfer digital tokens to other wallet addresses, you
should judge whether the other party is a person with full civil capacity during the transaction and
decide whether to trade with or transfer funds to the other party.
-
6.
During the transfer process, if there is an abnormal message
prompt such as "transaction failed", "packaging timeout" or similar, you should reconfirm through the
official channels of the relevant blockchain system or other blockchain query tools to avoid repeated
transfers; otherwise, all losses and expenses caused by this shall be borne by you.
-
7.
You understand that after you create or import a wallet on
BUZZUP, your Keystore, private key, mnemonic phrase and other information are only stored in the
current mobile device and not stored on BUZZUP or our servers. You can change your mobile device by
synchronizing your wallet or other methods according to the operating instructions provided by BUZZUP.
However, if you do not save or back up your wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase, Keystore
and other information and your mobile device is lost, your digital tokens will be lost and we will not
be able to recover them for you. If you leak your wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase,
Keystore and other information when exporting, saving or backing up the above information, or if the
device or server that saves or backs up the above information is attacked or controlled by hackers,
your digital tokens will be lost and we will not be able to recover them for you. Any and all losses
arising from the aforementioned circumstances shall be borne by you.
-
8.
We recommend that you make a safe backup of your wallet password,
private key, mnemonic phrase, Keystore and other information when creating or importing a wallet. We
remind you not to use the following electronic backup methods: screenshots, emails, notepad
applications in mobile phones, text messages, WeChat, QQ and other electronic backup methods. We
recommend that you copy the mnemonic phrase and Keystore information on a paper notepad, and you can
also keep the electronic data in a password manager.
-
9.
We recommend that you:
-
(1)
Confirm whether the hardware wallet you purchased matches the
BUZZUP version; and
-
(2)
Purchase a new hardware wallet from official channels.
-
10.
We kindly remind you to use BUZZUP's password-free payment
function with caution. Before using it, we recommend that you:
-
(1)
Carefully understand the security level of your mobile
device's biometrics;
-
(2)
Do not enable the password-free payment function on public
mobile phones; and
-
(3)
If the digital assets in your wallet are large, please do not
enable the password-free payment function.
-
11.
We recommend that you use BUZZUP in a secure network environment
and ensure that your mobile device is not jailbroken or rooted to avoid potential security risks.
-
12.
Please be alert to fraud when using BUZZUP. If you find any
suspicious behavior, we encourage you to inform us immediately.
-
VI.
Change, interruption, or termination of service
-
1.
You understand and agree that we may decide to temporarily
provide some service functions, or suspend some service functions or open new service functions in the
future. When we change the service, as long as you continue to use BUZZUP, it means that you still
agree to this Service Agreement or the revised terms of this Service Agreement.
-
2.
In order to avoid any misuse of BUZZUP or any security risks of
digital tokens, you should avoid using BUZZUP without basic knowledge of blockchain. We have the right
to refuse to provide some or all of our service functions to users who do not have basic knowledge of
blockchain.
-
3.
You understand that we will suspend the provision of services (or
terminate the services completely in the following circumstances):
-
(1)
The operation of BUZZUP is interrupted due to technical
reasons such as equipment or blockchain system maintenance, upgrade, failure, and communication
interruption;
-
(2)
We are unable to provide services or we reasonably believe
that there will be greater risks in continuing to provide services due to force majeure such as
typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars or terrorist attacks, computer
viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability or government actions;
-
(3)
